Large extension and full renovation, landscaping and building garages
"Adrian and Laura Hawes contracted A Benton to do the renovations and extensions to their property, as when they bought the house it was just a shell and wasn't habitable at all.
We started work in the main house by digging up all floors on ground floor and insulating and concreting them to take underfloor heating. Re plastered all walls and ceilings throughout house. New windows and doors and new felt, battens and tiles to whole of house. A complete refurbishment down to new kitchen and bathrooms, and all living accommodation.
We also added two new extensions to back of house, one being a hexagonal orangery with a roof garden above. The other being a large downstairs study and bedroom above with arched window.
Outside landscaping gardens pathways and new retaining walls. Also the building of two new double garages and log stores."
